Despite being raised in the triangle area, Trey’s passion for the outdoors and wildlife began where his family roots can be found in South Carolina. His childhood summers were spent with his Papa Don or father at Cherry Grove Beach where they would catch flounder or set out the frequent crab pot. You could also find him at his cousin’s farm in Parksville, South Carolina hunting duck, deer, turkey, and quail. During his early teen years, Trey enjoyed working landscape and hardscape jobs, taking on any projects where he could be outside mowing lawns or creating custom landscape designs.

While in college, Trey spent his summers farming at Worthington Farms. After college, Trey took on various positions within the landscaping industry that span over 15 years of experience, that include landscaping management, property development, full lot development to wildlife habitat work.
