His love for the outdoors led him to pursue an education in Agriculture at North Carolina State University. His summers were spent working on a farm in South Dakota. Jacob graduated and earned degrees in Agriculture Science and Agribusiness Management in 2014. After college he managed 3 properties for timber and wildlife totaling over 2500 acres.
Jacob realized that he not only had a passion for hunting but creating, developing, and maintaining habitat for just that. Despite being raised in the triangle area, Trey’s passion for the outdoors and wildlife began where his family roots can be found in South Carolina. His childhood summers were spent with his Papa Don or father at Cherry Grove Beach where they would catch flounder or set out the frequent crab pot. You could also find him at his cousin’s farm in Parksville, South Carolina hunting duck, deer, turkey, and quail. During his early teen years, Trey enjoyed working landscape and hardscape jobs, taking on any projects where he could be outside mowing lawns or creating custom landscape designs.
Trey’s passion for being outdoors and landscaping led him to pursue and earn a degree in Construction Management with Pitt Community College. While in college, Trey spent his summers farming at Worthington Farms. After college, Trey took on various positions within the landscaping industry that span over 15 years of experience, that include landscaping management, property development, full lot development to wildlife habitat work. While working within the development and land clearing sector, he discovered his love for forestry mulching and land clearing.
After discovering his love for land and habitat management, Trey reached out to Wildflow and decided to join the team in March 2023. He is excited for the opportunity to help Wildflow grow and promote a culture that he grew up loving and respecting.

Born in Roanoke Rapids and raised in Wake Forest, Josh spent most of his childhood with his first love... Baseball. From the age of six, Josh trained and competed all over the country. When not out on the field or in the gym, you could find him fishing at Lake Gaston or hunting deer in Halifax County. Ultimately Josh’s commitment and passion for the sport of baseball led him to the coast, where he played Division 1 Baseball for UNC-Wilmington, and earned a degree in Recreation and Sports Leadership in 2014.
Shortly after college, Josh began his career in the Timber Industry. For the past 8 years, he has been with Canal Wood assisting landowners by evaluating and managing their forest land. In January 2023, Josh decided to join the Wildflow Team and now currently works as a Procurement Forester with Canal Wood and a Sales Account Manager with Wildflow Habitat Management. With his experience and knowledge, Josh is able to help landowners across the state create and maintain the farm of their dreams. His ultimate goal is to assist landowners with their recreational development needs, while also managing their forest land in order to meet their long term goals.
When Josh is not out meeting with landowners, marking property lines or checking on jobs, he enjoys traveling the country chasing waterfowl with his Labrador Retriever, Levi.
